Enforced by the database
Every private record is protected by row-level rules that only allow its owner to read it. Pygar support sees a situation only if you give them access, for up to seven days.
Admins can't look in
Organisation roles manage structure and invitations — never private sessions, situations or notes.
Sharing is always opt-in
Your Communication Card is shared only if you list it in your team directory or share it with your organisation’s managers, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your pasted text stays data
Anything you paste is treated as information for that task only. Pygar never reads your inbox or chats.
Safety checks first
Requests are screened before any preparation is generated, and People Decision Check never decides for you.
Export and account closure
Download the account records included in your export, or schedule voluntary account closure after 30 days, with cancellation available before deletion. Privacy rights requests, including statutory erasure requests, are handled separately.
Your preparation is not your organisation’s directory.
A Difficult Conversation brief can include your understanding of a situation, evidence to gather and words you may wish to practise. It remains in your personal workspace. Managers and admins cannot open it simply because they manage your organisation.
A Communication Card is different. You decide if your preferences are listed in a team directory or shared with eligible managers. The Card is not a window into your private sessions.
