Binding commitments

These three commitments appear in the Terms of Service and are legally binding, not marketing copy:

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not rent user data.
• We do not train third-party models on user data.

Meta-Brain access

Every access to your Meta-Brain is logged. You can view the complete access log in your account settings. The system reads Meta-Brain entries for computation. Each read is recorded with the purpose and the accessing entity (system or you).

Admin is programmatically blocked from reading Meta-Brain content by row-level security. Admin can see metadata (counts, categories, dates) but not entry content.

Data export

You can export all your data as a JSON bundle at any time from Settings → Privacy. The export includes all questions, reasoning nets, Meta-Brain entries, and Mirror observations.

Account deletion

Hard-delete is available from Settings → Privacy. There is a 30-day grace period. After 30 days, deletion is irreversible and all data is permanently removed.

Encryption

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. The encryption is managed (not zero-knowledge). We do not overclaim zero-knowledge status.
