Questions about plans
What counts as a preparation?
One session that reaches a brief. Challenging that brief and practising within the same session don't count again.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
You pay per seat each month, with a minimum of 3 seats. The first 10 seats are £24 each, seats 11 to 50 are £20, seats 51 to 250 are £16 and every seat after that is £12. Each price applies only to the seats in its band.
Can my employer see my sessions on Enterprise?
No. Organisation membership never gives anyone access to your private preparation. Admins manage invitations and structure only.
Can I switch plans?
Paid plans aren't on sale yet. Once they are, you can change plan at any time, and your situations and sessions stay with you.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can download your records as a file at any time. When you ask for your account to be deleted, we delete it 30 days later, and you can cancel until then. Deletion permanently removes your private records and stored files.
