Inviting your team and the directory

• Sign up as an organisation, or create one from the Organisation page.
• Create a secure invitation link for each colleague — it only works for their email and expires after seven days. It opens a page showing who invited them and to what, where they create their account with that email and join in one step.
• Links stay on the Invitations page until they're used, so you can copy or renew one.
• Colleagues take the assessment and choose whether to list their Card in your team directory. A listing shows their colours only, unless they choose to include their own words too.
• They can remove their listing at any time, and My Communication Card always shows who can currently see it.

Organisation membership never gives anyone access to a colleague's private sessions, situations, people notes or reasoning.
