Getting started with Pygar

Pygar helps you prepare for conversations and decisions that matter. Every product follows the same rhythm: say who's involved, describe the situation in your own words, receive a preparation brief, challenge it and save what you learned. Difficult Conversation and Meeting Challenge also let you practise.

Your first session

• Open your dashboard and pick the product that fits your situation.
• Write what's going on the way you'd explain it to a trusted colleague.
• Add who's involved and how they relate to you, and any detail the product asks for. All of it is optional.
• Read your brief, then challenge it. In Assumption Check, you test the assumptions instead.

Where your work lives

Each session belongs to a situation. Your Situations library holds the context once so that any product can prepare from it, and your dashboard shows progress across every product.
