Communication Card

Understanding your communication colours

What Red, Yellow, Green and Blue mean and how the assessment works.

Pygar's four colours describe communication preference: Red (Direct), Yellow (Expressive), Green (Steady) and Blue (Precise). The sixteen-question assessment gives you a primary and secondary colour.

Everyone uses all four. Your colours describe where you're most comfortable — never your ability, and never evidence for decisions about you.

Your own words

Alongside the colours, your Card holds your own answers about how you like feedback, detail and change. Only you can write or change it.

The four styles are a shared language, not a personality test.

Your preferences do not determine your ability or how you will behave. Pygar can consider known preferences when preparing a conversation or meeting, but never treats a colour as evidence in a decision about someone.
