A panel stopped or a voice was unavailable
Reopen the question first: run recovery restores a healthy run or its saved terminal state without creating a duplicate panel.
If the live reasoning board stops updating or a voice becomes unavailable, reopen the question. The recovery endpoint returns the existing run's saved state and does not start a parallel panel while a healthy run still owns it.
A timed-out run may synthesise from the completed voices when at least two usable contributions survived. Otherwise the question surface shows the terminal error and allows a fresh retry. Check System status for a current service incident; if the failure repeats, contact support with the question time and account email.
