Defined roles: Account Owner, Manager and Team Member.
Different responsibilities. Deliberate boundaries.
Account Owners set the boundaries.
Managers see the team patterns they’re authorised to see.
Teams have the freedom to think privately.
Privacy boundary between private content and authorised organisational insight.

Role-scoped organisational insight reveals shared strengths, recurring blind spots and changes in the collective thinking mix without exposing private questions.
Talk about your organisation
Understand how thinking clusters across the organisation.
When teams repeatedly approach uncertainty through the same lens, narrow decision patterns can become an operational risk. Pygar helps leaders see where thinking concentrates, where another perspective may be missing and how that mix changes—without turning private questions into management content.

See the mix, not the private conversation.
Role-scoped views can compare teams, departments, cohorts and project groups. Leaders can identify shared strengths, recurring blind spots and complementary thinking needs while every person retains their own question history.
- Support better team composition
- Prepare more useful one-to-one conversations
- Notice role-growth and Stretch Role opportunities
- Track change without assigning fixed identities
Organisational structure
Create departments, cohorts and project groups that reflect how work actually happens.
Seats and access
Allocate, revoke and reassign seats while retaining an auditable access record.
AI policy screening
Set the organisation’s own usage policy. A flagged user can review the warning and choose whether to override it. The authorised manager is notified that a boundary was triggered, but never receives the private question content.
Scoped management
Managers see only the teams, departments or cohorts assigned to their authorised scope.
Privacy is a product boundary, not a promise added afterwards.
Individual consent, role scope and cohort safeguards determine whether organisational metadata can appear. Raw personal content remains outside management access at an architectural level.

Understand what each organisational role can see, how private records are separated and how role-scoped metadata becomes useful organisational insight.
Need to discuss a deployment?
Ask about EnterpriseIs Pygar a personality test?
No. The Pygar engine works with the structure of the questions you choose to submit. It does not diagnose, classify or attempt to constrain you to a defined or fixed personality type, and no generated output should be used for that purpose.
Does Pygar make the decision?
No. Pygar broadens detected frames, combines reasoning arcs and makes trade-offs easier to inspect. Any real-world choice or action remains the individual’s responsibility. Pygar is not a substitute for professional, legal, healthcare, business or personal advice, nor should it override common sense.
What can an Account Owner see?
Owners of individual accounts have full access to their own personal data and Pygar-generated outputs. Enterprise or company Account Owners can manage organisational structure, seats, billing and their company’s AI policy within Pygar. They can see activity context, explicitly shared pattern reads and protected cohort reports, but cannot read any team member’s raw questions or Pygar-provided answers. This separation is protected at an architectural level.
What can a Manager see?
Managers see in-scope identities, question-activity counts and explicitly shared pattern reads only within the departments they manage. They cannot read private questions, answers, Mirror, Meta-Brain or decision wording.
