Profile, preferences and account controls
Use Settings to manage role context, recovery, communications, privacy choices, activity, sessions and deletion.
Settings is the member back office. Its sections include:
- Profile — the role information Pygar may use as optional context. It is not a reading of how you think.
- Recovery email — a confirmed personal address, separate from the sign-in email, used for account recovery.
- Communications — product and weekly email preferences. The weekly runway service reminder is enabled by default and can be switched off.
- Privacy & data — Enterprise sharing choices, account export and an explanation of collected data and rights.
- Activity — your own recent questions, account totals and Meta-Brain access events.
- Sessions — sign out here or revoke active sessions everywhere.
- Danger zone — schedule eligible account deletion with its 30-day grace period.
Most preference changes save automatically. A temporary read or save failure is not evidence that the underlying preference or history is empty.
