Practice and lens history
Review stretch-role readings and the lenses you explicitly selected, without treating routed panels as your choices.
Practise separates two kinds of evidence:
- Stretch-role readings are stored readings connected to the stretch role in your profile.
- Lens history counts only lenses you deliberately selected in Coaches Corner.
Automatically routed panel roles are excluded from lens-selection history. Until enough successful selections exist, coverage is marked as provisional rather than presented as an established habit.
Your selected lenses, reframes and supporting detail remain private to you. On an Enterprise plan, a manager may receive permitted engagement counts, not the lenses you selected or the resulting reframes.
