Decisions & outcomes lets you connect a private follow-through record to a saved question. Record what you decided, the action you intend to try and an optional follow-up date.
When you return, add the outcome and close the record. Open, due and completed totals are calculated from these records; a read failure is shown as unavailable rather than being treated as zero.
The records are private to you and are not shown to managers or owners. Any separate Enterprise sharing control is limited to the content-free activity described in Enterprise privacy and sharing.
