Every panel that runs is preserved. The Meta-Brain is the searchable memory of all of it — your questions, the panels that responded, the personalities who occupied each seat, and the syntheses produced.

It is private to you. Other users cannot see your Meta-Brain. Admins can see aggregate metrics (questions per day, popular categories) but not the content of your questions, except where you have explicitly flagged a question for moderation review.
