From Account & billing, an account with an active individual subscription can open the Stripe customer portal. The portal lets you:

• Change your card or billing address.
• Switch between monthly and annual.
• Download invoices.
• Cancel — your access remains until the end of the current billing period.

Enterprise seats are managed by the company account. A seat holder sees that context instead of individual subscription controls.
