Export and delete

Download a machine-readable account export or schedule account deletion with a 30-day grace period.

You own your data:

  • Export. From Settings, open Privacy & data and download the JSON export. It contains the account and profile record plus the user-scoped questions, repositories, reasoning nets, Meta-Brain entries and access log, Mirror observations, contact messages, bug-report records and email-event records currently included by the export endpoint. Regenerable vector embeddings and authentication password hashes are excluded.
  • Weekly report PDF. A stored weekly Fingerprint report is downloaded separately from Fingerprint → Report; it is not promised as part of the JSON account export.
  • Delete. From Settings, open the deletion controls to schedule erasure. The request starts a 30-day grace period. You may cancel during that period; after it expires, the deletion process permanently removes the personal account data covered by the product's erasure workflow.

An active Enterprise seat must be revoked before its holder can self-delete, and a company owner must transfer or close company ownership first. These safeguards do not block export.
