Four principles shape every answer the engine produces:

1. Show the work. The panel that reasoned about your question is visible. You can see who said what and why the synthesis weighted them the way it did.
2. Name the cost of being wrong. Every synthesis includes a Ground note: what breaks if this answer is taken at face value and turns out to be incorrect.
3. Refuse easy fluency. A confident-sounding answer with thin reasoning is treated as a failure mode. The engine prefers an honest "we don't have enough" to a smooth-sounding guess.
4. Keep the human in the loop. PyGar produces a synthesis. It does not produce a decision. You are still the decider.
