An experienced woman leader privately examining a decision

Tomorrow belongs to leaders who see beyond today's thinking.

One question in. A panel of distinct perspectives out. Every assumption, risk and blind spot surfaced before a decision is made. Use Pygar privately or across your entire organization.

Same core experience. Additional authorised insight for an organisation.

One product. One coreexperience. Widerorganisational insight forauthorised leaders.

One answer hides the questions it never asked. Ask "should we proceed with the restructure now?" and you will get a recommendation. You will not get the untested handover, the missing rollback, the sponsor who may leave, or the team already at capacity.

Pygar runs the question instead of answering it. Your question is routed to a fixed panel of five perspectives that run in a set order: hold the mission, examine the assumptions, attack the answer, test feasibility, account for the people affected. A moral review comes first. An independent read comes last. Nothing in the panel can skip a step or reorder itself.

You get a usable answer, the reasoning behind it, clear next steps, and over time a picture of your own habitual thinking patterns.

Through an Enterprise account it works exactly the same and your questions stay private. Administrators see aggregated organisational patterns only. Account Owners set structure and permissions; Managers see only their authorised scope.

Fingerprint

One reading is how you describe your thinking — built from your onboarding answers. The other is how it actually shows up in the questions you bring. We keep them separate and show you where they agree and where they differ. Neither is the 'real' you on its own.

Question activity and individual thinking patterns are organisational metadata.

Question wording and associated responses remain permanently private to each user. Managers can access only the metadata for the teams or cohorts they are responsible for, and every individual must actively consent before their permitted pattern data is shared.

Pygar protects individual privacy first.

  • Question activity and thinking-pattern metrics are organisational metadata; question wording and responses remain private.
  • Each user must actively consent before permitted pattern data is shared.
  • Managers see only authorised team or cohort metadata; private question content is never exposed.

Clear answers before you begin

Pygar is deliberately question-led, privacy-bounded and human-controlled.

Is Pygar a personality test?

No. The Pygar engine works with the structure of the questions you choose to submit. It does not diagnose, classify or attempt to constrain you to a defined or fixed personality type, and no generated output should be used for that purpose.

Does Pygar make the decision?

No. Pygar broadens detected frames, combines reasoning arcs and makes trade-offs easier to inspect. Any real-world choice or action remains the individual’s responsibility. Pygar is not a substitute for professional, legal, healthcare, business or personal advice, nor should it override common sense.

What can an Account Owner see?

Owners of individual accounts have full access to their own personal data and Pygar-generated outputs. Enterprise or company Account Owners can manage organisational structure, seats, billing and their company’s AI policy within Pygar. They can see activity context, explicitly shared pattern reads and protected cohort reports, but cannot read any team member’s raw questions or Pygar-provided answers. This separation is protected at an architectural level.

What can a Manager see?

Managers see in-scope identities, question-activity counts and explicitly shared pattern reads only within the departments they manage. They cannot read private questions, answers, Mirror, Meta-Brain or decision wording.

How do I start?

What Pygar protects

Three product commitments. Clear principles, not endorsements.
